Have you played Wind Waker? He enslaved some people, dressed them like “fairies,” and forced them to manually spin his tower, forever. You first encounter him in prison, even!

I just had the idea for a bra that uses heat sinks to draw out and evaporate moisture rather than letting it pool directly into cloth. It will make your bust appear a few sizes larger and you’ll have pinstripe indentations on your breasts after though, so I don’t think I’ll produce it.

I wring it out (squeezing, not twisting) to avoid dribbles. If I’m at home I’ll use a square of TP just to fully confirm dryness.

With his shadow always directly below, it helps you judge where he is in 3D space, even while airborne. Good for landing tricky jumps. You’ll see the same effect in previous games.

Hm, does this mean that the girl from ‘Anne with an E’ will grow up to be Casper, or Zac Hanson, or Jonathan Taylor Thomas? Because right now she’s literally a miniature you.

I’m with you. I can’t get over how bad the character design is. It’s mesmerizing. I’ve yet to see a good costume, and the faces look like they were based off random people they found around town. Consequently the voices don’t even match well to the models.

I’m with you on the art style. It’s hard for me to take. Even within the ‘realistic’ forest, the grass that sticks up doesn’t feel like it goes with the groundcover. Also the ice in the desert doesn’t look like ice to me. Lots of little things.

The UI feels better when you reduce the opacity so you can see more of the screen. Always check the options!

Superhero casting call:

Watching your clip above, I found it puzzling that they bothered to have climbing/platforming mechanics if there’s neither a question as to where to go nor a challenge in getting there.

Agree 1000%. I’m actually not even a fan of the over-acted motion capture facial animation. I think it’s at odds with the awkward animations during the fighting.

Pretty sure that Brianna Wu thread was a joke, considering the tags on it.

It’s not like these videos were the only thing she has been doing all this time. Also when a Kickstarter surpasses its goal by a massive amount, it doesn’t suddenly force the organizer to expand the scope of their project. Although I think she actually did expand it beyond what was originally planned. I may be wrong

Where did all the contrarians go that were all “this game doesn’t do anything new for open world rpgs” that were all over the place when the reviews were first coming in?

A few times now I’ve figured out a shortcut but then gone back to find the intended solution. Once I’m closer to finishing the game, I may go back and try to break more shrines. I also spend too much time trying to get myself on top of the walls.

The durability of the sticks did suck, but I thought they were great when brand new. Analog sticks since have lacked the amount of tension the N64 one had. I find that when it requires more pressure to move, it’s easier to judge distances and angles on sticks.

The Beach Boys are the worst thing to ever happen to music.

The first reason that came to my mind is that there may be licensing term limits in the contracts for the games that aren’t Nintendo-owned and they couldn’t come to an agreement to renew those contracts.

I’m glad I never bought an Xbox. I found the S-controller uncomfortable to hold and I found the Duke to have the absolute worst buttons ever conceived, both in terms of feel and layout. That’s hyperbole by the way, the Jaguar keypad is probably a worse layout.

I highly doubt “internet podium 1st place” is a motivating factor for many. Everyone has their reasons and, believe it or not, they can make money doing it. So, not a waste of time.
