@OA 5599: Airbags in the US used to be designed to restrain an occupant that wasn't wearing a seatbelt. Every other country in the world considered them supplementary restraints for those wearing seatbelts. A lot of the injury caused by airbags in the US were because they were stronger to do this.

If someone was being an ass-hat on public roads and got caught, I say good for them. Walk to school. Let's just hope there's some kind of 3 strikes policy.
