I mean, to be fair, he was pretty busy, explaining diversity. That ate up a lot of his focus.

I always felt like Greengrass’s direction in the second and third installments was vastly overrated. I believe Damon didn’t like working with Doug Liman, who made The Bourne Identity, but it really and easily is the best of the lot, and it’s direction is crisp, clean, and...direct. When cars crash in TBI, they just…
In the new film it is actually shakier and more unwatchable. I guess the next one will just be a complete blur.
How about reducing the number of cuts to create action by choreographing complete fights and showing the action in a fewer shots? You know, like every acclaimed Hong Kong movie ever?
And it’s a shame, because it really ruined a promising franchise. The action scenes became unwatchable, migraine inducing, and generally unwatchable. It felt like they were covering for terrible fight choreography. Bring in the camera super close and shake it so you can’t tell how boring the fight scenes really are.
With each iteration of Bourne Movies that they make has more and more blurry, shitty, fight scenes. Those are the different fight styles they used, obscured unidentifiable non-knowing how to fucking film a fight scene shit.
Not that I’m surprised that it’s this bad, but I’m bummed. The Bourne Identity was the first action flick I actually enjoyed and felt invested in. Most action movies, my mind wanders and I lose interest during all the gun fights, explosions and car chases and GAWD the set-ups for shitty one-liners they needed for the…
Oh man! I’m buying this on Bluray to go with The Last Samurai and 47 Ronin as an unofficial ‘wait, what? Why’s that guy here?’ trilogy.
You mean how it went from a good, fun franchise with a love story at its heart to a dark revenge flick where nothing happens in the plot and you cant tell whats happening during fight scenes. Greengrass=overrated
Poor Tom. I get the feeling this isn’t going the way he expected.
RIP has been my jam for a few years now.
I watched the American Gods panel from ComicCon today, and Yvette Nicole Brown was a wonderful moderator. I love that she's both awesome and a huge nerd.
PREACH, KUMAIL.
When I was younger, J. Lo was older than me; now I’m older. Cool.
I mentioned this when Jez posted the trailer yesterday, but I’m really hoping we can get back to Sherlock and Watson solving crimes, rather than the boring, self-important dwelling on Sherlock’s “mind palace” and shit. Let’s get out of Sherlock’s head and back into the real world, where there’s more Watson and less…
SHE IS KEEPING ALL THE ABS FOR HERSELF
Then you must watch Desperate Romantics. Hattie and And Then There Were None.
It’s on Amazon Prime now. I ended up watching it like 5 times.
I’ve sent the money to your account, for all your great work. LOL
