Apart from maybe those electric ones that BMW? (from memory) were playing around with a few years ago. I think a lot of the point of them was to have boost from the get go, but not 100% sure it still qualifies as a turbo.

It’s actually more like the public using a religious asset for public purposes. Which could be many and varied, but protecting a fairly important public figure, as well as making a good impression on a good percentage of the worlds population seems a good enough reason to exercise some presidential discretion.
