The rubber buttons get sticky and wear out too. You have to replace the entire button if all the rubber wears off. Heard non-stop bitching about that when I worked at Toyota.
Hondata FlashPro took care of a lot of the downfalls in the 8th gen Si’s. I loved mine, but got bored with it after a couple years.

I agree. I had the pleasure of driving my buddies EVO 8 for a couple days way back when. Man, what a car. Handled like it was on rails, the power delivery was great, and the noises it made always put a smile on my face. Since then, I’ve wanted one.
