Most of the characters are so corrupt on this show it is really hard to care about any of them. Mostly it makes me fear for citizens, true and real and legal seem to matter not, all a game to people who don't pay the price.

I agree Arizona is written to be very annoying. The one I cannot scavenge any empathy for is Amelia, she is nails on a chalkboard to me. And Owen is nearly as bad. Who would go to doctors like this? They make Hannibal Lecter look good. Even after you know his dietary preferences.

I devoured the books, enjoyed the various movies(except for the book and movie, Hannibal) and loved the tv series.
The tv series did such interesting things with bits from the books and was so awfully creative…I haven't read the books in decades so I may be misremembering all sorts.
