I will NEVER excuse police shooting someone in the back. NEVER. Especially when they can take in an active shooter (at least a white one) without killing him.

I still haven’t seen it and even if there is a gun, I don’t fucking care. There are always excuses as to why Black people have to die at the hands of the police; none of them are good enough. This is a conceal carry fucking state you can’t go half cocked like that.

yeah - it’s one of the things that always gets downplayed. If they are responding to “shots fired, person is down in the street” and then see someone with a gun start to run...much different scenario.

First of all, fuck these cops and fuck their lawyer. There is no justification whatsoever for shooting someone in the back. He was running away there was no threat. Even if he did have a gun, it wasn’t out, there was no threat and finding it after the fact doesn’t make anyone a threat. You have concealed carry permits…
Cops hate running, therefore, Mr. Blevins had to die...you shot a man in the back because he was running? Seriously, that’s all he was doing. Running and that’s enough to murder someone.
