Zach Smith looks like a guy who tells his friends, “I know they have to act like that, but that stripper was definitely into me.”

I’d expect nothing less from a man who (mis)spells Zack with an H.

He’s about 6 days away from an iPhone-filmed tirade while driving and wearing tactical shades.

Courtney Smith was also at the school to pick up the kids, and Zach “was not to pick up their children until after 6 p.m.,” presumably not from the school.

Because the people making the decisions don’t have a work ethic or care about the quality of service they provide. They only want to see ever-increasing dividends at any cost, it’s just greed and nothing else matters.

There’s such a weird consistency in upper management of companies ignoring that good customer service builds brand value, and instead working to shave a tenth of a percentage off net margins, that I often wonder if it’s taught in MBA programs.

Treat your employees well so they treat your customers well. Why is this a hard concept to grasp?

If it’s so great then why is Delta so afraid? If it’s so great then workers won’t sign the cards and Delta wouldn’t be resorting to such lame tactics to scare its employees.

Delta’s motto: We don’t give you a beating like United.

I wouldn’t mind seeing a bunch of jerks win for the exact same reason.

I want nothing more for Joe Thornton to score 4 goals in game 7 against Boston to win the Cup.

Joe Thornton shoulda been a Game of Thrones extra.

The only thing I use it for anymore is a quick, light hit on my cast iron pans when I’m done cleaning them. Then wipe it all over until more of less dry. Keeps the seasoning nice.

I have a pump-spray bottle. You put the oil in it, pump the little lever a few times to build air pressure, then depress the button and it sprays out the oil. It works a bit like a mini Super Soaker.

I don’t understand the need for PAM... Is it because commercials told us there is no other, less wasteful way of greasing up our pans?

My first question is how an adult man moved into a dorm and not a single student went: wtf? If my roommate’s dad moved into our dorm room, I would have told the RA, because I don’t need someone’s dad ruining my good time and taking up space. I would have done that if a third student decided to move in without asking

Exactly my first thought!  A dad living in the dorm?  How?!?!  Sarah Lawrence has some ‘splaining to do.

It sounds like it was a tiny 9 person ‘dorm’ that’s more like a house, and everyone who lived there was in on it. Also sounds like the guy’s daughter was the defacto social group leader of all the girls before he even came into the picture.

So, this dorm was it more like an apartment that had no supervision from the college? The dorms at the college I work at have a live in faculty member for both the male side and female side, and electronic locks that need the students ID and key code to get through..

She ripped off banks and jughead trust fund kids.  I say give her a medal.
