FF13 might not be that bad but it definitely wasn’t great. A huge Final Fantasy fan myself and I got FF13 at midnight release. After 12-13 hours into the game, I can’t bring myself to finish it, let it sit on shelf for a few months before dreadfully going back to the game and finish it.

My love of bears is making my swooning all over this.

Now now, as a fellow Canadian, I demand you to edit your comment to say “sorry’ immediately after that cursive “bullshit” word you used! GO MAPLE BACON BEAVER POUTINE, EH!

Correction: Still nobody cares except for U.S.A.

Valid, however, the roulette isn’t the only system to gather players to do dungeons though. Set up a party finder, state you want help to clear dungeons at lower level, never had any problem finding good people to help.

For me, I find it’s justifiable for paying the game on a monthly term, because the game is ever changing, and the content in the game is enough to last for a very long time. The amount of updates and added content every couple of months definitely worth equal, if not more, than the subscription price.

The song meant so much those who witness the server shutdown from FFXIV to FFXIV:ARR. What an emotional day to fight the lost battles in Ul’dah then to this video... I was lucky enough to visit Chicago a month after for the 25th anniversary concert, and Susan Calloway sang the song with the End of Era video behind

Awwww she’s adorable!!!

Nailed it.

All fake bow ties. C’mon guys, if you’re going to wear bow ties, learn how to properly tie them.

But but... the Mario Kart pre-release preconception is WAAAAAAAY better than Super Mario Kart. Super Mario Kart is just too... game. The pre-release preconception was light year better. Gaming just RUINED everything!

Maybe it’s just me who find this issue a bit annoying, but lately whenever I see game footage or game play on Kotaku, it’s never mentioned what platform or if the game has released, etc. It will be a good quality of life thing to add (there used to be visible tags or similar) to show this sort of things.

OMG, I LOVE Ghosts n’ Goblins even though it was so difficult. I still remember the theme song of the first level of the game (basically the theme) because I played it so many times.

Not to mention Kickstarter campaigns almost always deliver SOMETHING, despite if it’s exactly what you backed for that’s a different topic, but casinos almost never deliver what you want.

Also, if you’re not sure if you can handle it, advertising it as a Final Fantasy Tactic spiritual successor might be a bit much. Maybe “Final Fantasy Tactic wannabe”?

Don’t be, Jason. We all know how these sort of things work and took a risk as well. Seems like you also got “burned”. Let’s hope things are not as bad as it is. I also appreciate your coverage over this when things don’t look as good now, rather than just ignore the obvious signs. So thank you.

I’m on the same boat... Though I did “only” backed the minimum to get the game and no additional perks. I feel bad for those who pledged more.

Or if you’re W. Bush, nu-cu-lear option.

Ouch, BURN!

Thanks for the recommendation, I’ll try and let you know how it goes with the man. I don’t mind limited, as I know Nintendo will slowly open it up, and the limitation itself will give him more time to get used to the game.
