If you're on Nvidia, just download 310.90 and then let Windows auto-update your driver to 311.06. It's by far the best performance I've seen so far. Also, upvolt your GPU by .05V using the Afterburner software. This fixed things for me.

My 660 ti ran like shit whenever I turned on DX11 settings for Far Cry 3, Deus Ex: HR, Saints Row the Third, and Dirt 3. Most of these were developed with AMD's "Gaming Evolved" program and didn't put much thought into GTX cards. My solution was to tune up the GPU voltage by .05V

Download MSI Afterburner and raise the GPU voltage by .05V ;)

To be fair... there has to be heroin in those thin-mints.

Or you could tune up the voltage on your GPU to 1.05V ;)
