I vividly remember doing a whole chapter on MLK during black history month (because of course my shitty school only taught anything about black people during February) and we only got two paragraphs on Malcom X.
Hey at least they learned something that there schooling wouldn't teach them. Because History classes brush over minority history. African American history in most schools are covered as Slavery, Civil War, MLK and Obama.
