I just checked to see, and she has said so, thank you for pointing it out! I just didn't want to apply it because she could have preferred something else like pansexual, queer, multisexual etc and I didn't know at the time of my post. I knew lesbian wasn't applicable though, so that's why I got annoyed ha.

bit of a tip: when you spoke about Cara and Michelle being the "only lesbian couple in the world" I'd advise you to say same gender couple as not every person in a same gender relationship will identify as gay/lesbian :)
