It would be a PITA to do this in Word if you are are trying to edit a screenshot that you might want to attach to an email…or even insert in another Word document. And in Excel? That's a joke.

Yes, there's definitely some truth to that, MH. But I find it irresponsible to portray that on a TV show and to perpetuate the idea that Valium is an accepted treatment in this case.

And even if a benzo were to be prescribed, any responsible doctor (ideally, a psychiatrist) would be much more likely to prescribe a short-acting benzo such as ativan (or something even more mild to help with sleep, like…
