A lot of the reason they do this is because a lot of buyers act so on the fence about everything. If you go into a dealer and tell them right off the bat what you want they will oblige. The faster they can sell you a car the faster they can sell another one.

Contrarily, they often waste my time and usually get the better end of the deal anyway. The only reason car sales take so long, is their shitty back and forth process trying to get as much money out of everyone as possible. Be black and white, sales happen faster.
