I get that these shows and competitions are a weird form of masochism and a (pretty gross) way to show how tough you are, but as a regular food item at a restaurant, I don’t understand it. I like hot things just fine. But things like “blazin’ wings” or whatever are just pure heat. They barely have a taste.

I don’t know why I’m responding to you. This started as a discussion of how people don’t maintain their ICE cars. Electric cars require less regular maintenance.

I feel like you’re trolling me. Electric motors are way simpler than ICEs. Also, it only has a single speed transmission. No oil/fluid changes, etc.

Electric cars require significantly less care and maintenance.

Most of us are already well into the boredom and self-destruction. Might as well have convenient transportation!
