There’s a place around here called Mission BBQ. It’s outwardly a BBQ restaurant, but inside, it appears to be a USO show and recruitment center. They even play the national anthem every day at 1200 and ask everyone there to stop what they stand and face one of the dozens of flags.

Agreed- it was never mindblowing, but it’s not hard to have an engaging show with James Spader. Give him something halfway interesting to do and point cameras at him. Even a portly bald Spader has enough charisma to carry a mediocre procedural.

My sister is a little over 6'. She’s taller than me, and for the longest time, she would sort of hunch over a bit, like she didn’t want to tower. I think she stands a straighter now, but it always made me a little sad.
