Definitely bookmarking this comment for when my sedan’s transmission grenades itself sometime in the next couple years and I can finally transition to #wagonlyfe. Also congrats on the E34 acquisition!

The Chevrolet Impala is ceasing production next week

Hot take: You don’t need the V6. Up here in the Rockies, people seem perfectly content puttering around in their even-more-gutless Crosstreks/Legacies/Imprezas, so this would definitely feel like an upgrade.

Swap those flip flops for Chacos, and feel free to thank me later. You can use them for all the same things as the flops, but they’re also great for things like light hikes or swimming in lakes that might have spiky critters at the bottom.

Are we sure it’s not just giving birth to an Alfa 4C?

Needs more Esteemed Character Actress Margo Martindale.

No idea where you got your data, but at least in the states, cars are by far the biggest source of emissions.

Man, I agree but wish you’d used literally any other example than a Leaf.

Can’t wait for next week’s followup article:

I refuse to buy a 2021 Escalade unless it comes with Stalker Kristen as the default screen.

Or (and hear me out because I know this is going to sound CRAZY) how about I just buy a 280ZX for the same money?

Yeah but Elizabeth it’s snowing where I live right now, so clearly decades of data and scientific analysis is wrong about this whole climate change thing.

For the same money as this program we could eliminate every cent of student loan debt in America (that’s 44 million loans).

The real question: who the hell is paying an extra $1400 on top of that already-too-high base price for an automatic transmission Miata?

Available in your budget (used), luxurious, AWD to get your ass through the snow, and guaranteed to start every morning.

Harley should take a page out of (hold my beer) Buick’s book: build everything toward the overseas market, rake in the profits there, and think about a comeback in the US...sometime.

Neutral: Before you think “it’s fine, everything is fine,” go read up on Xinjiang province in China and get back to me. Techno-authoritarianism is a very real thing.

I’m sure this is fine, but if I’m buying a BMW-made electric car in the year 2020 for $18.5k-$30k, it sure as hell isn’t the Mini.

In my defense the garage is full of bikes, and the bikes are worth more than my car.
