I go into houses sometimes for work. My greatesst schadenfreude is to see the old giant DVD collection relegated to boxes in the utility room. People are too ashamed to throw out their $6.99 copy of Swordfish.

The DTS “Lux III” is fucking majestic, if you can find one. I have a big soft spot for the DTS. I don’t mind it was FWD, that was good enough for my 2002 STS. 

That SHRM article says employers should provide on the job training... which many technical employers are doing because of the labor shortage in those fields. What fields do you work in, curious?
