That’s probably due to the CT weighing the same as a medium sized moon. Tire grip (and wear) are going to be phenomenal!

All that comes to mind is that if you are looking the person in the eye as opposed to the anonymity of hitting them from behind, it may slow the response a little.

“Kabas also confirmed the de-escalator he hit was a 55-year-old woman who is currently charged with criminal mischief and unlawful assembly, while the de-escalator who sat in front of Kahane’s car has been charged with criminal mischief.”

He will go free,

That’s not second-degree assault: that’s attempted murder.

I’ve driven a number of 4Runners. I have never once thought I needed to go faster in one. But fools and their money and all that.

I mean, cool and all... but a fast SUV just seems like an oxymoron to me. It’s a 4Runner, it’s not intended to be a Cayanne beater, it’s intended to do off-road things where a Cayanne can’t compete, so what does it matter that this boost thing can shave 2 seconds off its 1/4 mile run? I for one wouldn’t feel

honestly most of the time its either a Landcruiser or a Range Rover.

As a father of girls, I find this sort of stuff painful to hear.

Considering these fellas prefaced their comments with "not to be sexist," I think they were well aware that they were about to say something that could be interpreted as sexist.

It’s really not hard to do if you’re not massively stupid.

No, because you don’t have to buy new cars.

But here come the robotaxis....

This is so infuriating. Fuck that guy who decided whatever bullshit was on his phone was more important than driving. And fuck techbros for their Self Driving car bullshit. I hope the family of the motorcyclist sues the crap out of them.

My favorite story about these guys: The FL attorney that pushed FL to repeal its helmet law died in a motorcycle crash. And it wasn’t even someone else’s fault; he lost control of the bike while slowing down.

A comment so dark a cop just unholstered his weapon upon reading it.

Even many modern cars aren’t really happy cruising at 80-85. Heck, my STI is geared too short for it. It’s perfectly capable of much more, but you are sitting at over 3,500rpm and it’s noisy compared to a normal 70-75 cruise. Plus, fuel economy goes way down. On the other hand, something like a Chevy SS loves that

Good thing that truck cant get pregnant in texas.

Not really different from driving a Miata, Smart, or any other small car. Or, for that matter, no different from riding a motorcycle anywhere.

Waiting eagerly for something to happen in NY. I really want one. And more importantly, it’s a real shame that so many people were left hanging on trucks that were legally imported and registered for years.
