Interestingly enough however, Acura as a near-luxury player survives on price point and general reliability i.e. it may as well be the “cheap” alternative to the Lexus dealer across the street.

Here’s the thing. The 5MT is only available on the base S Versa, the same was true on the Note before they discontinued the stick and made it CVT-only and the S models don’t come with anything...ANYTHING. manual windows and manual door locks (i.e. you need to lock each door by hand, good luck trusting your passengers)

Almost as if the S209 is a performance package upgrade on a pre-existing (read: already legalized, federalized, safetyized, smogalized, potholeized) model here in the US.

Fear not. The fact that the 2020 Legacy ditched the 3.6L H6 in favor of the Ascent’s 2.4L Turbo H4 is a pretty good sign that the same motor is coming to the next-gen Outback. No it’s not a Levorg nor a WRX Hatch but let’s be real...it’s as close as you’re gonna get here in the states if what you’re looking for is a

If it looks anything like the Concept 40.2 I’m down.  I know the high-riding sedan/hatch/crossover looks isn’t for everyone but Volvo hit the nail on the head with that one.

Tried to edit his post.  LOL.  Straight ran for the hills when you called him out.

Like anyone here whining about how big the Ranger is would actually buy this thing anyway. Even if it came in a R/C configuration they’d do a 180 and cry about how the interior isn’t soft touch and the 4" screen didn’t have CarPlay/AA connectivity. Everyone trying to have their cake and eat it too.

Accord Sport 2.0T 6MT. It gives you the more powerful offering under the hood as well as the equipment out of the EX rather than the LX which means you still get a decent bit of extra kit in terms of a moonroof, keyless entry and heated seats. Plus the car comes standard with LED low beams and fogs, an 8' touchscreen

A lot of lenders no longer penalize dealers if customer’s pay off their loans early. That used to be the case and it’s why a lot of shady places would often say “you can pay it off in 90 days or after three payments etc...” because dealer reserve would get charged back if the loan was paid off before a certain period.

The Veloster doesn’t have a suicide door, it’s just missing an extra door on the driver’s side.

FWIW the 2.0L EB MKTs were only sold to fleets in livery (Town Car) trim, and likely only sold in warmer climates as it was only available on FWD models.  The real crime IMO was saddling the consumer-spec Explorer with the same underpowered 2.0L in the pre-facelift 5th gens before finally replacing it with the much

They’re optional on the SRW-only 250 and the SRW 350, they come standard on the DRW 350 and the DRW-only 450. SRWs squeeze into the width requirements at a clearly “did this to meet regs” width of 79.9" whereas duallies poke out to 96" out back.

Man the plastic cladding kills this car. When my fiance of all people who couldn’t care less about these sorts of styling quirks points them out and asks “the hell is that shit” you know there’s a problem.

Woosh.

7,500 lbs.

1-2 year special at best.  Let’s see who here actually steps up to buy one before it’s gone.

I can appreciate any vehicle which makes my FiST or my GF’s previous car (Versa Note) feel large. These things really do make sense in the cramped and crowded big cities of Japan though, definitely could have told you that taking one out of the city wouldn’t be very enjoyable.

The EcoSport’s main problem is terrible powertrain options. The 1.0L EB I3 drives better than the 2.0L NA I4 but the latter is the only way to get AWD. That said the steering is solid, it handles uneven pavement well, the space is good for the class and it comes very well-equipped for the price. I know I’m in the 1%

Because it was a complete 180 from Casino Royale which was very well-received in terms of character development and pacing. FWIW I much enjoyed QoS and I feel like it’s much more enjoyable if you treat it as what it is...an extended epilogue to Casino Royale. I like that Forster went in a completely different

Sucks to hear but it’s what the market wants. The Continental is a superb luxocruiser but for that amount of scratch buyers simply prefer to roll in an SUV. Riding on a FWD-based platform in this segment and at this price point didn’t help either.  Great car at the wrong time is all.  Ford has the right idea, the
