I agree, and while Kang did appear in the latest Antman, I don’t think he was a formidable opponent. They (the movie) told me he was, but I saw little evidence of it.

I’ll watch anything Marvel anywhere - if it’s good. That’s the thing. The TV shows have been.. uneven to say the least (Secret Invasion was terrible). When it’s not so great, then it starts to feel like a chore.

Even this season of Loki.. I think they had an idea for about a 2 hour movie, and then had to stretch it…

I’m a little pissed The Root shut down comments rather than work harder to shut down the disingenuous posters. I thought the flag/dismiss options were there for a reason. Having attended NYCC for the last decade I would have to agree - weird vibes, cosplay on point(looking at you Tusken Raider couple), most announcements were “meh” - still worth going and can’t wait for next year!

The best critique of South Park and one that’s come the closest to explaining why it rubs me the wrong way is that they always take the side of “not caring”. The end result is always that caring about anything is dumb and “both sides” are bad if either of them actually care.

My point is that ideological purity tests are fucking stupid and help nobody.
