Both have the potential to be good, but they aren’t quite there yet.

I watched Splitting Up Together because I have enjoyed all of the other Emily Kapnek shows - but something was just off about this one, most noticeably, the other not having her son’s phone number in her phone.

ABC has to give good shows bad names. Selfie. Trophy Wife. Don’t Trust the B In Apartment 23.

Dahlia was great.

I also loved Alan Tudyk’s character.

Emily Kapnek being involved in Splitting up Together is making me watch at least the pilot.

I loved Suburgatory and Selfie.... wait AND Trophy Wife (fuck I almost forgot about that great comedy) so she has quite a bit of good will built up here.
