Yes warming up is good, but most of the wear has already occurred by the time the engine starts anyway. A couple (2-3) minutes is fine, then drive like a grandma until it reaches operating temp. Also, no one wants to listen to your stupid aftermarket exhaust truck warm up outside their goddamm window for 10-15 minutes…

This inspires me to go start all 8 of my cars for no reason.
