I thought my general malaise and lower back pain was developing COVID symptoms, then I thought it was a reaction to a flu shot. Then my wife pointed out that it’s anxiety from this election. My entire body has been clenched for a week. Couldn’t sleep at all, just lucid dreamed watching the news and seeing Trump

Let’s “both sides” this mural work with this book cover.

The needs of the many, outweigh the needs of the few...so get a Star Trek van.

I’m a veteran, and when all this went down, I wanted to get a face mask that was a subtle nod to my Navy service, like something with a Navy logo, or my rating insignia or submarine dolphins but like a small symbol in the corner.

My wife’s cousin had a box of “Nixon/Agnew” buttons and we grabbed a bunch because of the kitsch-factor.

Thanks, I’ll take a look. $1,900 sounds a bit bananas for one, but people pay that much for carbon fiber road bikes or for a good quality fat tire.

Agreed. The division of General Dynamics that makes submarines for the Navy is called “Electric Boat.” Nuclear wessels are basically EVs.

I think a road bike, lightweight with a granny gear would work just as well for someone who’s slightly out of shape.

I’m in my mid 40s. I’m not Mr Fitness but pedaling without power assist definitely benefits me.

That makes sense, and is an important detail missing from the article

How much did your ebike cost? And are you doing 30 miles a day? If I need a workout, I gear up and clip into my road bike. If I need to run a quick errand, I can leisurely ride the same bike without breaking a sweat. I think it’s just weird to me because bikes are great because they are so analog and basic.

The Secret Service doesn’t have a couple of black Tahoes that could trail the bus?

Electric Hummers make a lot of sense to me. What I don’t get is electric bicycles. The whole point of a bike is to get some exercise while going somewhere.

I see Lincoln Project as a total Enemy Mine situation, like when Omar and Brother Mouzone teamed up to get Stringer Bell, or in “Blade II” when Blade had to work with vampires to hunt vampire-eating vampires.

Republican talking points are absurd in these debates. They sound like crazy people.

This is the part that confuses me. What is this, Pirate Bay circa 2005?

Those interior colors are great. I love that Genesis spent a lot of resources on interior design and quality, since that’s the part of the car I look at most, I sometimes hate when a carmaker comes up short there (like you, Cadillac!)
