It's a neat little proof of concept that is plugged into a pretty heft duty power supply and can throw a piece of metal with the energy of a hand thrown rock. It has no apparent aiming mechanism.

So you are intentionally using the word differently from everyone else and you are intentionally missing the point that a corporation in the modern sense doesn't exist without an overall legal authority enforcing it's existence.

Corporations are a legal fiction that doesn't have any real meaning without some sort of authority enforcing it's existence and what that existence means.

They used the evil government to create a corporation which protects their personal assets if their business goes tits up and didn't do the paper work correctly.
