Wow, that's some very messed up thing to do. They have some serious mental issues when they kill somebody for their color, religion or sexual orientation in a video game with such conviction.

This is a movie about aliens where a guy gets trapped in a time loop causing him to relive the same day ever and over again.

He doesn't. He repeatedly laments (in the book) that he is just as weak as he was when he started looping and he doesn't develop muscle memory. All he can develop is mental toughness and subconscious reactions.

The armor is goofy looking, but that is the price you pay because we can't obscure the faces of our big name actors and if we don't have visible cables and exposed pistons, people might not realize it's powered armor.

And the movie gives us the cruise missile in goofy armor and what will likely be a very fluffy happy ending where he gets the girl.

On one hand, Snowden revealed a huge amount of known (to an extent) spying of American citizens on US soil to the world at large. He is to be commended for that.
