I’m a dyed-in-the-wool PNW liberal and there is no way in hell I would vote for her.
Yep, especially when Obama was fairly mum on the issue (and similar threats were made at the federal level during his administration, albeit much more passively).
Yeah, but he still gets jealous.
I hope Paul Sorvino gives Harvey $3,200 and then tries to have him whacked.
For every ‘Get off mah lawn’ comment from the cranky olds about kids and their terrible music these days, there’s one of these bullshit ‘Whatever is cool now is all that’s ever mattered’ statements made by wannabe-hipster twenty- and thirtysomethings. I really wish people would just chill the fuck out and learn to…
Roald Dahl FTW!
I’m not disagreeing with you, but in cases like Trump and Roy Moore (and no doubt others), do you think that women are being ‘complicit,’ or just nodding nervously to appease the ogres beside them?
I came here to post this, but I see you drew first blood.
That’s what worries me, considering how they (we) collectively sat out the last presidential election.
I’ve seen three different Trump voters post despairing, ‘whatwegonnadonow?’ messages already, and it’s not even 1pm on the West Coast.
“The train accident that just occurred in DuPont, WA shows more than ever why our soon to be submitted infrastructure plan must be approved quickly. Seven trillion dollars spent in the Middle East while our roads, bridges, tunnels, railways (and more) crumble! Not for long!”

In my opinion and experience: no, men do not live with the day-to-day fear and anxiety that comes with the possibility of being raped or sexually assaulted by women. Which isn’t to say that men are never raped by women, just that it’s not something that crosses our minds on a regular basis, nor does it inform our…
Takei?
This was exactly what I meant. Proportionally much less, but still enough to warrant our attention.
Absolutely. I’ve been on the receiving end of a gropey female manager. I was 16 to boot. But that being said, it was one out of several women I’ve worked for and hundreds I’ve worked with. And I’ve seen this sort of thing from male managers/co-workers much more frequently.
It happens to more women, and it happens much more frequently to women. But there are plenty of instances where men are harassed by women they work for/look up to. This doesn’t need to turn into a competition. Anyone who experiences harassment or assault is a victim.
