I will never buy into Roku again, EVER. I got Roku 2, hooked it up and everything worked great. One week later, nothing worked at all. Called Roku and they told me I would have to buy another one. Complete lack of customer support. Never again. Best of luck with their latest POS. Hope it never breaks. :-/
Pre-installed apps on any computer I have even encountered is crap. It all seems to be marketing crap. I'm open to hear of any that anyone else has found 'useful'. As far as phone go, the one I found useful was a night clock app on my old Droid Bionic before it was updated to the latest Android software. For some…
I did all of my research through NYSERDA. NY surprisingly has better solar incentive than other 'sunny' states like Colorado or Arizona. I don't have a system yet but would love to get one.
Wanker!
It does start to pay immediately but I sat down and did the math after meeting with a company that does solar leases. Compared to financing your own system, it costs twice as much, even factoring in interest. Buy, do not lease, solar systems.

Does Thunderbird work with Exchange?
Great tip I learned a while back: If you need to create a meeting or appointment derived from an email conversation, just drag said email to the date in your calender (in your to-do bar). It will automatically create the event with the body of the email in the details of the event.
For item #7, you can also use Quick Parts, Autotext. YMMV though since this will only work if you have the same version of M$ Word installed as well.

System & Network Administration. Other people in similar position within my department also have negotiated a day where they work from home opposed to 4 ten hour work days.
Look up Cat friend, dog friend on youtube. Nuff said.
I successfully negotiated a 4 day work week a few years back. 10 hour days aren't that bad and I actually get more done in a week than I used to. Projects move faster, off hours work can be accomplished more quickly and without re-arranging schedules or comp time. I get three day weekends every week, I ask for far…
