First of all, the 'best recommendations' in my area have annual fees that range from $8 for an online bank to $396 from Bank of America(Billion$ in bailout money wasn't enough I guess). Second, I know for a fact my current credit union and many other local ones don't even come close to that

@Babboa: Not per se but they have one called AppCompactor It's part of the suite I believe. It doesn't make an installer specifically for PortableApps but it does shrink down apps to put onto a thumb drive.
