I know what it is and I don’t think I agree its a step-down to Peacock. They are both full of unmitigated pieces of shit nobody else would dare show. This will be another.

I couldn’t be more excited for the POV this show can offer. Though I am often disappointed when Marvel falls short of the promise of some of its characters’ potential (along with their storylines that are rich in the books but watered down on film) this ‘feels’ like they may have gotten it right. Obviously, trailers

*Picks up drink and walks to another room at the party....something I’m sure you’ve seen A LOT of people do*

‘Scientific’! HAHAHA! You crack me up.

Haha, you act as if there is some scientific reason behind not including them. Its a decision made by a company, whether we like it or not. But its hardly immutable.

I really think its almost TOO creative for the rest of the genre/Marvel products. Think of how Lee actually had a theme and used the visual storyboard look to play with it. Also, the idea of using practical effects for the things Hulk smashed was brilliant! I really do think, much like The Eternals, it was a case of

Unfortunately the powers that be don’t consider Lee’s “HULK” part of the MCU. I hate that.

I think Hippity does point out a good point, as do you — its a bit nickpicky for me to assume that just because its six years later that she’s not let him go, even if they were separated. It was the ring that made me think she’d remarried, but thats me reading into things, most likely.

I didn’t recognize that it was exactly the same house, but I would find it a bit odd that she was still wearing the wedding ring six years later, especially if she was divorcing him anyway AND his name was mud. But, its all possible, for sure. I may be reading too much into it. They probably would have establish she

I read this online as well. I think it was a beautiful and subtle touch. It almost underlined that two men with cancer still were at the mercy of fate, regardless of whether they had the money or not to fight the cancer.

I think it was Jimmy’s genuine respect or affection for older folks that snapped him out of his murderous desperation. He’s many things, but not a murderer. (I don’t even think he was going to murder the cancer victim, I think he was only shooting for a knock out.)

Yes, Howard’s widow even had a big rock wedding ring on...I don’t think that was the one she had with Howard, was it? She’d definitely moved on in some way.

Yeah, I’m with you. If they aren’t offering great new content on the site, why would I pay for what I can see on their regular broadcast channel. (Although, I realize they do show them there too.) I have ZERO interest in Discovery+.

Exactly! Walt was always a self-serving narcissist who only became more of one as his success with the blue meth increased. It revealed who he was all along, it didn’t change him fundamentally.

I almost never watch the live airing of the show just because of the commercials. I speed through those momentum-killers!

So, very similar. New footage vs outtakes is a really minor difference.

I remember ‘Close Encounters of the Third Kind’ doing this way back in the day. There was a “Special Edition” that went out to the theaters within a year of the first run where the audience went inside of the mothership with the Dreyfus character.

I never once wrote ‘no birth’ or ‘everyone’. I don’t deal in absolutes.

I can relate in that I have friends that I have known since elementary school! I was fortunate to have gained lifelong (so far) friends all the way through college. (The older I get the more I realize this is VERY unique and I don’t assume its the same for everyone.)

As someone a bit further down the road (age-wise) I can tell you that oftentimes friends are in your life for a reason and sometimes that changes. (And I don’t mean a reason JUST for your needs.) It’s OK to move on, for both of you. And, you never know, sometimes its just a break. It gets harder for men to maintain
