Other than Grampa (Al Lewis) in the original, I don’t think any of them were comedians either. Fred Gwynne certainly didn’t consider himself as much. And, I’ve seen Daniel Roebuck be as funny as any of the original players.

That show is a zombie. I have no idea why it’s still on the air. Every episode hits the same beats week after week and I can barely tell what the hell is going on half the time because I’m so disinterested.
