While You Were Sleeping is still one of my favorite rom-coms. It's one I watched all the time when I was younger and only learned people dislike it as an adult.

I think the worst thing about Sleepless in Seattle is that it turned a realistic ideal relationship (Meg Ryan and Bill Pullman) where the couple understands each other, has a routine, spend time and support one another and basically goes "eww, boring! Let's throw this all away for a widowed father who I've never met!"

Not many people appreciate the film but Bill Pullman made up for it in While You Were Sleeping…where Peter Gallagher played the Bad Man (while spending half the film in a coma).

Yep, or in the Notebook where he's a rich guy with a good job who just isn't Ryan Gosling.

75% of the time he's played by James Marsden.

I choose to believe they won only for Martin Freeman's moustashe.

If the Emmys aren't careful they're going to start getting a good reputation.

She did win, but her category was at the Creative Arts Emmy presentation last week.

Tatiana Maslany has an Emmy!

If this includes reviews of food memoirs and books about culinary history, I'm in.

Been killed by an assassin, probably.

Ballad of Guiteau is by far my favorite song in Assassins. Denis O'Hare was perfect as Guiteau too.

The only thing I remember really loving was the main characters thinking it's some great sign of destiny that they both love fiction books.

I have UNIFIED my party
I have saved this country!
I shall be RRREMMEMMBEEERREDD

I like how you go in dept about Arthur's history on the AV Club but side-step the fun of political boss Roscoe Conkling's name.

Yeah, I know I'm a giant history nerd because sometimes I get annoyed that James Garfield was killed by his idiot doctor because he could have been a great president.

I flat-out don't trust anyone who doesn't like the Princess Bride. My favorite part is the relationship between Peter Falk and Fred Savage.

North is one of those movies I watched several times as a child and didn't realize people hated it until I was an adult. It wasn't my favorite movie but I remember renting it/watching it a few times.

Well, he jumped into the Transformers franchise in the sequels. It's not his fault Transformers isn't a great franchise but he might as well get that Michael Bay money. He can keep from messing up Prada by just not making a sequel.

I want to be invited over to the Tucci/Krasinski/Bunt thanksgiving so much now.
