I saw an interview Spielberg did where he was discussing Upham's character in Saving Private Ryan. The interviewer (who I now think was James Lipton) referred to Upham as "the coward" and Spielberg countered that Upham was how he (Spielberg) would react in war. Blithe is a similar character. He is our eyes to see how

Man, if I had a nickle for every time someone wanted me involved in a fight to the death…

Too soon to tell about the show but this immediately had my favorite title sequence in a very long time.

Marry Twitter, Boff Facebook, Kill Tinder.

CBS is proud to announce the return of the Late Night test pattern! Check the connection and color balance of your set every night for an hour just like you did when your TV had bunny ear antennas! Late Night Test Pattern, followed by encore episodes of NCIS and the Big Bang Theory!

I get it. I just had a moment before clicking on the link where I thought "OK, why couldn't we talk about it after it actually happens?" and it was nice to see you guys are on the same page. lol

I like how you guys are admitting to just jumping on the bandwagon with this one. "Well, it's on Twitter so we have to post it, even if we wish we could have just let it unfold in real time."

Kitchen is great throughout the show. He and the show really show the balance between the how the war changed everything and how the police served as a sense of stability.

I don't know that many mystery series get covered at all. It would probably be more of an availability and popularity issue. Most if not all of the show is available through Netflix, I just don't know what level of popularity a show needs to be at in order to justify weekly "TV Club classic" coverage.

ugh, Buck's "M…M….MEDIC!!" part in The Breaking Point kills me every time. It's my go-to when someone asks for best line-reading moments.

"One of my favorite little moments here is Winters coming across the old man on the bike and stopping to have a little chat with him before having to rejoin his men. I always like when stories like this remind us that life is going on, even under the threat of war, and this is a fine example of that."
If that's the

Batman: The Animated Series is the one I was going to add. Great music, great art work, and sets up the show really well.

I started watching Psych because of the theme song/opening credits.

It's just one tower/headphone set borrowed from an old Sam Goody location. You know, for an authentic listening experience.

So, I work for a museum and this sounds like a giant hassle for every one of those museums involved. Extra security for pat-downs, extra security on hand, and probably millions to insure this thing. Not even going into what it would take to safely transport this album from institution to institution.

Garfield: All Nermal, All the time.

Did anyone else think it's a little dangerous for a one-eyed man to be driving a sports car? I mean, his depth perception probably isn't great. Plus, the Mirakuru probably makes his road rage unbearable. Really, that's just an all around bad plan.

I was wondering today if, after all the Sara and Shado stuff, they make the season come down to a choice between Sara and Felicity.

Also effectively used in Supernatural's Season 4 finale:

I always wonder how Network played at the time. It hasn't aged well, imho. It just feels like a bunch of the Greatest Generation being reactionary about the fact that Baby Boomers were starting to run the show. It basically exists to call those damned kids (1970s) heartless.
