1) The former Cole Motor Car building in Indianapolis is now a prison.

I've owned an '08 since new, and am really disappointed in Ford that there isn't a replacement in the pipeline. I know they have the pickup truck sales numbers war with GM and the Ranger is taking a cut of the F150 sales, but an F150 with a V6 does not a Ranger replacement make. If anyone from the blue oval is out

Tatras rule with an iron fist.

There's just something about a fleet of black fullsize SUVs rolling down the street in formation. No flashing lights, no sirens, no police escorts, just the nearly identical vehicles rolling down the road like faceless soldiers on the march. It tells you the villain of the story is well-funded and powerful.

Our Lady of Blessed Acceleration, don't fail me now!

I'd just send them this with no other information attached.

Deliciously evil.

It sounds like she's qualified - HR, manufacturing engineering, product development. No matter how everything looks at GM in a few years, I'm giving her credit for even taking the job. Being the "first woman to hold the title" means she'll get flak from some no matter how things turn out, just because she is a she.

@Beldrueger: My point was more that building and shipping a car a little more obsessively than the standard automobile isn't a new thing. Even the Continental wasn't a pioneer in this regard.

@tonyola: We're losing money on each unit, but we'll make it up on volume!

I'm split on this.

The 1956-1957 Continental Mark II yawns.

@British_Looks_British_Reliabil...: Just hide them in some residential neighborhood.

Here in midwest USA, we hide our alien spaceships in specially constructed wooden farm structures, also known as 'round barns'.
