Same here, mate. I’m not interested in GTA Online and was hoping for a single-player DLC, much like they did for IV, preferably starring Lamar.

In my experience you can go rogue for defending yourself i.e. they’ll shoot a few bullets at you and not be rogue yet, then you’ll shoot more bullets at them and you’ll be the one going rogue. Also some will purposefully run in your line of fire.

I shot a guy who started shooting at me and I went rogue. Guess he wasn’t rogue himself (i.e. didn’t meal enough damage before I retaliated). People will bait you like that.
