I was thinking the exact same thing. One of many reasons I love driving my e30. Shoot, even my 340i doesn’t have lane assist or AAC which obviously wasn’t a deal breaker for me.

The interior quality was some of the best I’ve ever owned. Classy and luxurious. I had the Mark Levinson stereo system which IMO sounds better than the Harmon Kardon system I have in my current 340i.

I agree. I couldn’t imagine saying that statement in 1989. The same year you had E30s and cool, fun and sporty Acuras and Hondas on the road? And tons of other cool cars of the era that I don’t have time to list out.

You know you hate sitting up high when you switch up driving your daily lowered E30 to your newer F30 340i and complain that it sits too high.
