One of these in red was delivered to the BMW dealership I was working at the time. I guess it would have been around 1999-2000. The service techs took it out for a spin with the plastic still on the body. The car wasn’t even off the truck for more than 5 minutes.

This. There is a car collection/museum back in California where I used to live that is in the worst part of town. It looks like some non-descript industrial building when you drive by it. I’ve been driving my E30 around this week. I love being able to have a 360 view of the outside world. Makes it easier to avoid the idiots texting while relying on their nannies.

I’m still don’t fully understand why every manufacturer has to have a bloated lineup that keeps growing and growing...

Interesting when Nissan still had a decent product line up in 2001. Last great Maxima IMO.
