Yeah…..Boston went through this after the number of 3 bedrooms apartments housing 7 students was suddenly "discovered" (i.e. Foreign exchange student died in a fire in an overcrowded apartment), so they've been cleaning up some of the slums in East Boston as a result for apartments.
