I can’t help but notice that you don’t seem to know much about working in case management with homeless individuals. Dressing down is important in this work, so that my clients don’t see me and assume that I think I’ve above them because I can afford nicer clothes.

I get annoyed with read receipts, the same way I get annoyed with people who expect a prompt response to their text message.
