This show was filled with boring and predictable sketches and the whole season seems to be geared towards cutesy and crowd-pandering pieces. The show has no edge right now. Last night's show was painful to watch.

I thought this episode was largely witless. Half of the stuff was rehashed material, the cold opening was a dud, we had the crowd pandering divorce sketch, the movie trailer bombed, and the rest was totally forgettable, much like the rest of the season.

I love the show but I just do not care much for this season at all.

I'm sorry, but Michael O'Brien was horrible in his role. He looked like a guy who was dragged off the street and told to read the cue cards.

Kate can be annoying at times when she tries to be Kristen Wiig but she can be funny and is a surprisingly good impressionist. Cecily is solid, Nasim is underutilized, Vanessa is not very good at all, and Aidy Bryant does nothing.

This show was awful and it all goes on the writing staff. The Weather Channel sketch was a poorly done rip-off of the much superior "The Life We Lead" sketch from the 95-96 season and the prom sketch went nowhere.

Every sketch was pretty much the same, McCarthy acts inappropriately and everyone else around her reacts shocked. I will give her credit for giving it her all but these sketches were terribly written. The entire cast took a back seat to her and it might as well have been called…
