Could you please add *knockoff to the title? because it sure sounds like you are blaming evernote for the activities for a (seemingly) unrelated company's activies.
To be fair babies are delicious.
I'd consider it if it wasn't so bloody gaudy, I have a tendency to keep my wallet and phone in the same pocket anyways. Keeping them together would at least help me know where things are, and know if they are all in my pocket. (no one likes the pattented B what's in my pockets shuffle)
I tried the web browser on my nook once, and promptly decided it must of of been a developer's weird joke.
Why exactly would a browser based player make you think a lower price? Is there some kinda of licensing discount for java based players with the RIAA that I don't know about?

It would be cool, and not the strangest thing they've ever done. No one ever expected them to get in the hardware game with the original Kindle, then no one expected the Fire. Hell Amazon in general was a stand out oddity, slow growth e-commerce selling initially only books managed to move on while the rest of the…

I want Apple to pay me for my Skyrocket for letting Samsung mislead me for so long about the fact that its not the clearly labled Apple telephone. Their own products aren't branded enough for me to be able to tell the difference.
HTML5 easy, kinda the same idea behind why flash was popular code once run on all is what I hope to see. Would make it easier for developers, and consumers alike.
With webOS gone Open source is there any chance of Acer working on a webOS phone, or at least supporting a dual booting option (for us crazy hard core fans?)
In the voice of Jack Donaghy: 'We here at GE see that you at our Hulu division are doing quite well for your self, and we applaud you for this. So as a reward we have decided to cut your leg off to see you continue to succeed as you did before, only with one less leg.'
