You know at one point there was this rather large extincion event, the ones who could survive did the ones who couldn't died and life went on. Consider this the same thing. Forget that humans are involved, our misguided attempts at fixing stuff always makes things worse for something else.

Actually yes, that is exactly how. Much like how the US has treaties to use other country's air strips for military opperations. Or how you can go and rent a dock down in Louisiana if you so wished.

As was stated in an earlier comment here, air craft carriers are not meant for sitting on your own borders, where your land based strips can handle any local needs... Iraq has/had a standing navy, and its mostly land locked.

I would, but that one camera is the only one I have. But I can tell you its not fancy, tape, lots of it the only way I could get it to stay was to pretty much cut off the blood flow to my hand. and trial and error. :P
