I make a watery mixture with the eye flour and water, and then rub it into my scalp. It doesn't come out all the way in the shower, so when I go to dry my hair, I use a fine tooth comb to get the additional bits out, and the rest fall out once my hair is dry. Once my bag of rye flour is gone, I'll look into the yucca

I was on the whole no-poo train last year. And all these people we like "use baking soda" blah blah blah. I did some research, and baking soda totally messes with the pH of your skin...and I already had enough scalp problems (which was my main reason for not wanting to use shampoo anymore). I use rye flour and water,

Yes, I understand what vaccines do in terms of viruses. My point, which was poorly conveyed, was that the article was poorly worded...and then my own personal belief that big pharma is more interested in profits than actually finding cures (which, again, is my opinion and not the opinions of others).

No, he's just thinking about how he can't believe he was elected three times...

I second the fucking ugly.

Your reply was well worded.

In the very first paragraph it says the vaccine protects against HPV-related cancers, which in turn can be spun to mean to protects against cancer. It's either poorly worded, or it does in fact act as a "vaccine" for certain cancers.

No doubt a man made the final decision, because, you know, they know our bodies better than us, especially when it comes to reproductive issues (like our digestive and reproductive systems being connected).

I say we get it, and then when October rolls around and you have the scary stories submissions, we read 'em in the most haunted of all the rooms...

So we have a vaccine for certain HPV-related cancers...but we still can't find a cure/vaccine/something for breast cancer, testicular cancer, ovarian cancer...just cancer in general?

It's my guess there's already something for those, but there's so much money in breast cancer (not for research, but for dumb shirts,

That's the extremely sad part.

"I'm against women (and men) having access to reproductive health screenings...but I'm mostly against women having vaginas — because, you know, Jersey Shore."

I can't wait for a Republican candidate/Tea Party member to actually say "I'm against women having rights altogether. Men know more about being a woman than a

That's great. You're on a free, public site where the majority of users don't know your past conversation history, me included. No harm in my comment, just trying to make a distinction between the meaning of private and public school in England should another user read it and not fully understand your comment to Milky.

I think a lot of it depends on where you live in the US. I live on the West Coast, and while there is old money here, you have a ton of people who have become wealthy just in the last 20-30 years because of software, technology, etc. Look at Seattle, Portland, Silicon Valley, etc. Also, a lot of it depends on how you

I was referring to your comment about Mike Tindall going to public school.

As someone with half a family in the UK and the other half in the U.S., I'm so glad we don't have a traditional class system here. But it's my experience that no matter what country you're in, money always attracts entitled assholes no matter their class or "pedigree." When I lived in England, someone actually asked

Most Americans wouldn't know that when you say "public" school in the UK it means private school. Just saying, as an American who moved to England and attended school there (not university).

I bet you they heat soup up in the can, too, to avoid using a bowl! And maybe they even drink it out of the can to avoid using a spoon...

I wanted to go wine tasting in the Gorge (we live in the Portland area). So 10 of us took two cars and went and did wine tasting. I had a blast, and some could view it was boring, but I love wine and I got pretty drunk, so it was all good for me!

She has talent beyond belief...but I still don't like her.
