yea, the cost would be a huge issue for most cities and counties to absorb. Here in Indiana there is a constant struggle to find enough in the budget for road repairs let alone new road expansion projects.

I wear the hell out of my clothes. I have maybe 10 of my favorite shirts that i rotate for the winter months and i wear them until they wear out, then i buy new one here or there as needed. I couldn't agree more. A two year old and two month old sure is a handful. We're still adjusting and we rarely get much around the house done, let alone any kind of significant work.

It's an example. You probably have several thing in which this rule could apply. If your already bare minimum on everything, then you obviously need to give it up completely if you want to have more money.

I prefer to get things that i otherwise neglect to get myself during the year. I really count on Underwear and especially Razor Blades at Christmas to get me through to the next year.
