@sleeping143: Maybe that's the wrong technique, I was just guessing. Like I said I'm no photographer. Maybe you'd have to combine separate images later, but I'm sure there's a way to do it before any post-processing. If I had a nice camera I'd love to try it.

I'm a little disappointed the physical challenge is just selecting an area in Photoshop and choosing a filter. What I'm excited about is finding all the ways people will make this simple idea complex and engaging.

@somidscr21: Fair point, but they do estimate to be in 250,000 homes in 5 years. If each home only buys onemovie, that's 5 billion dollars. Plus $500/movie after that. Most business plans at this level of expense aren't that far off the mark, but even if they're way off and only sell half that, they've still…

I'll go ahead and say that there's no movie worth that much money, no matter how wealthy you are.

Hell yeah! I've been wanting this as a feature of Xbox Live for some time now. If nothing else, it's a great to way to say, "Oh, you can't find that spot? Here, jump on my feed and I'll show you."
