Let’s get metaphysical!
Rhona Mitra replaced Chyler Leigh on The Practice. How are people not talking about this monumental connection? B^}
Don’t forget that according to S2E6, Tahani has actually slept with Larry Hemsworth!
I don’t think it was a matter of directly causing those things through their actions. I think it was a matter that their very presence was messing with the fabric of reality.
Couples on TV and in movies spend way too much time keeping things from each other. How does Toby not tell Kate he’s off his meds? Do couples do that in real life? I start thinking my wife and I are some crazy outliers because we talk to each other about these things.
“Desert”--pronounced like “dessert”--is “what you get for being good--or bad”. You don’t get your “just desserts”, you get your “just deserts.” It’s a form of the word “deserve”.
JORTLES!
Could you please warn us before you go and spoil upcoming developments on a completely different show? Thank you.
I took it that Toby was worried about the risks of IVF, so he wanted to maximize the chance that she gets pregnant before it comes to that.
From your lips to Marvel’s ears. This needs to happen!
Two little moments in the episode absolutely cracked me up, neither of which I think anyone mentioned: Aderholt’s skeptical facial reactions when he and Stan wonder whether Oleg is really in Washington for a class, and Henry’s impression of Stavros.
Yeah, great attention to detail on the show’s part, as usual.
Fabulous episode. And another thing that makes it great: after they did the “you can’t handle the truth” parody, they ultimately cracked the suspect by telling him he wasn’t smart enough to pull off the crime, making him confess in order to preserve his image of intelligence—the exact same way Lisa Simpson cracked…
When Mick Rory finds out that they met a bad meta with actual fire powers, and RIGHT AT THE SAME TIME met a good meta who could transfer powers from one person to another, and they didn’t think of giving him those powers, he’d gonna be pissed.
Yeah, add me to that list. Didn’t occur to me that it could be about Beth, or for that matter that someone was dead or dying. Although it occurs to me now that it seems less likely that Tess would have gone into placing foster children if Deja’s life goes completely off the rails. Hmmmm....
Forget about the influence of blacks on Elvis’ music. How about a little acknowledgement by the show of how African-Americans were treated at the time? The most we got was a little mild consternation about Wally and Amaya’s presence in the church—about what you’d expect if someone were dressed a bit too informally.…
The dark matter would be not from the bomb, but from the speedforce lightning stuff. The bus metas got their powers from Barry’s exit from the speedforce, so it makes some sense that the people near the speedforce attack, or whatever, might get powers too.
It can be 10 things.
Please, please, PLEASE writers, can’t someone on Team Flash figure out that approaching potential metas as superheroes would be about a billion times smarter than doing so as civilian nobodies? I mean, can’t these people figure out that “Hi, we’re two random people who don’t exactly have jobs or anything, and we’ve…
This is slightly random, but...in the scene where Kevin goes back to his old house, in two different shots the house has two different house numbers. Is this just a continuity error, or might there be a reason for it? Even though Kevin might have been “seeing” his old house and the current house, the numbers shouldn’t…
