It's a great movie, for this deleted scene alone. Featuring Sam Waterston as the embodiment of evil, and a truly creepy John Williams score.

No seriously, this movie is great. Surprisingly underrated. The Stonecutters decided that Clint's definite work was Unforgiven, and that no one was allowed to talk about anything else he made in the early 90s other than that.
