Had to scrap my 97 with 180k on the clock. Engine ran great but Buffalo NY winters rotted the body so bad that the upper strut mount came detached from the rest of the car. Forgot to tell my mechanic before he threw it on the lift once. Wish he took a picture for me.

For the people not buying used at a dealership, I would just like to say that I always like to save up another $1000 because a couple problems will always creep up in the first few weeks. I usually don't spend more than $3000 on my cars and I never expect perfection no matter what the seller tells me.
