I honestly wouldn't mind if this immediately turned into an "I love Lego Island" thread. I played that game so many times it's ridiculous.

The movie was not that bad actually. The only thing I didn't like about it was the fact that it builds you up to this possibly amazing sequel that never happened. It makes me a sad panda.
I'm trying to imagine how that would work.....oh god damn it I just did... Well so much for sleep.
I remember when I won a copy of Lego Island for the PC from a can of Cheese Balls. I sent in the certificate the day after Christmas and it took about a year for the CD to arrive. That's why I love these promotions, they build up a godly sense of patience in children.
I love the usage of Lupin III in this articles cover. I'm starting to become a little frightened from the incredibly high number of 'die hard anime fans' that have never heard of this classic. It's amazing how an anime could stay popular for nearly 40 years and then suddenly drop off the face of the earth.
This thread is gold.
The animation style and body movements in this video look really creepy.
I have both games and it really is a hard choice. I felt that the Genesis version was more action oriented while the SNES version was more focused on platforming. I liked the SNES version just a little bit better because I loved playing Prince of Persia when I was little. Looking back, I have no idea how I tolerated…
Wow! I never expected my question to get this much attention. Thank you for your input!
Any game that freely quotes Friedrich Nietzsche is okay in my book.
Yeah. I done goofed and said Eurasia when I should have said India. The middle east did actually import that metal a few centuries later though.
I was talking about the original sense(From what I remember in my textbooks) in which Damascus steel that originates from a mountain range in India(Sorry about the error in the last message. I think I said Eurasia on accident. If it did I was definitely jumping ahead a few centuries there lol The middle east didn't…
I'm really glad that they eliminated the featured comments. I was sick of seeing every comment thread open up like that. Not every viewer might immediately know that they are on the featured section, so all they will see is some Archaotic-esque hate speech as the opening comment. Over time, Kotaku has landed the…
I actually liked the Scarface game and the Prototype series. I also remember how f**king difficult they were.(Prototype 1 in particular, Scarface was just really mean in terms of saving; or lack thereof)
Did the English actually have access to Damascus steel in the 15th century? I thought the Eurasians (Ottomans, etc.) were the ones who had access to it since all Damascus steel originated from a single mountain range. While we can artificially create Damascus steel now, that mine has long since been gutted and I have…
