I've kind of written off the post-revival Futurama seasons — really, starting with the second direct-to-DVD "movie", they've had more in common with the B- or C-grade comics than anything from the original run.  Not that there haven't been some fantastic, stand-out episodes that rank up there with the best the show

Can anyone explain the logistics of how Homer stepped out of the elevator only to slide down the side of the cooling tower?  I'm perfectly fine with lunacy, I just want to make sure that there isn't some obvious answer to this question that I'm missing.
